I used to love running, in fact, I ran most days. But unfortunately, with time, my knee gave out and I started to suffer a lot from knee pain. I got to the stage where I couldn’t even hold a light jog as I was in so much pain. It really started to get me down.
With time I learned that there were other options out there besides running and to my surprise I really enjoyed it, however, the great thing was I was no longer crippled with knee pain the next day or the rest of the week!
People started to ask me what I was doing and what they could try to help their situations. So with time, I decided to start this site and before I knew it I was blogging nearly every week.
